The mission of the Mississippi Association of Code Enforcement (aka MACE) is to act as a statewide nonprofit association representing the profession of code enforcement to educate, elevate, and improve the profession of code enforcement by fostering code compliance through its certification program, education, training, and enforcement to provide minimum standards for the protection of the public's health, safety, and welfare.

Keeping Mississippi blight free since 2010

MACE was founded in 2010 as a statewide organization which would promote the advancement of code enforcement officers across the State of Mississippi.

We hope you had a great time in Hattiesburg. Our next meeting is planned for the Gulf Coast in August, 2019. Stay connected as we work with our friends in D'Iberville for future plans.

As of July 2015, MACE is now a State Chapter of the International Code Council and we couldn't be happier about the training opportunities now afforded to us.

Your Board of Directors serve at the pleasure of the general membership to maintain the organization and handle its operation.
